Preparing for Your EVLOA or STLOA
Flight Attendants who enrolled in either the Extended Voluntary Leave of Absence (EVLOA) or the Short Term Leave of Absence (STLOA) recently received communications from the Company outlining required actions. If you have been on a leave and not checking mobileCCI messages, we wanted to provide you with the following important information.
If you have taken an EVLOA, you have been provided with an information packet that contains useful information. The packet may be found here:

Employees Accepting EVLOA & STLOA
Company Property
As part of your leave, you are expected to return your Company-issued property such as your tablet, mophie case, credit card reader, and charging cables. If you have any SIDA badges or parking passes, you should send those in as well. Failure to return Company property may result in your travel privileges being turned off.
You will have two options when returning your items:
- Via Mail: You will be able to return items via mail by following the link for base-specific FedEx options at no charge to you. You do not pay for any shipping-related costs. More information may be found at:Company Property Return for EVLOA/VEOP Flight Attendants
- In Person:Â Coordinate with your FSM for drop off at your base.
Badge
You do not have to turn in your badge during your EVLOA, however, if you badge expires while you are on a leave, you are required to pick up your new badge in person. New badges are sent to base two months prior to expiration. Due to security issues, badges may not be mailed.
KCM
You will not have access to KCM while on your leave. Access will be restored when you return to flying status.
Parking
You will not be reimbursed for parking. As your permits expire, they will not be renewed until you return to flying status.
Training
You are not required to attend CQ while on your EVLOA. If you would like to attend training while on your leave, contact the Training Support Desk.
