Updating Your Personal Information
While on Leave of Absence or Furlough
As a reminder, it is important to confirm your contact information is up to date with both APFA and the Company, especially while on a leave of absence or furlough status. Providing specifically your current mailing address, preferred email address, and phone number are essential. This information will allow both APFA and the Company to communicate with you during your leave or furlough more effectively so that you receive the latest updates promptly. Also, when recalls begin, the Company will use this database in the furlough recall notification process.
Updating Personal Information with APFA
***All Flight Attendants***
To update your information with APFA, go to APFA.org > Members > Update Your Info. You will continue to have access to the APFA website after the effective date of your furlough, so no steps will change if you need to update your information at a later date.

Updating Personal Information with the Company
***EVLOA, STLOA, and VEOPÂ Flight Attendants***
If you are on an Extended Voluntary Leave of Absence (EVLOA), Short Term Leave of Absence (STLOA), or took the Voluntary Early Out (VEOP), and you would like to receive periodic updates from the Company at your preferred email address, you may update your email with the Company by clicking here.

***Furloughed Flight Attendants***
A Furloughed Flight Attendant may update her/his physical address by selecting the following:
Jetnet > Resources >Â Furloughed Team Members > Update my contact information
Updating Personal Information with the Company
***Active/Inactive Flight Attendants***
For all other Flight Attendants, you may verify or to update your information with the Company by going to Jetnet > Team Member Services > Update my information.
You will then need to select the links for updating your home address, as well as updating your business or personal phone & email information. You may also use the other links to update any additional information.
