VLOAs are treated as PPO’s (Pay Purposes Only) when processing PBS awards. This is for administrative purposes to correctly track Lineholder/Reserve rotation, and the Flight Attendant does not own any of the trips. VLOAs are not reflected in the final bid summary.

The PVLOAs are treated as inactive Flight Attendants and were not part of the PBS process.

Any Lineholder or Reserve who has an inquiry or believes she/he may have received a mis-award must submit a PBS Award Challenge on Crew Portal > Links > Support Tab, no later than Tuesday, October 27th at 1200 (CDT).

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was necessary to make last-minute changes to our bidding timelines for November. Please review the chart below, which provides the remaining November Bidding Timelines.
