Last-Minute Changes to December Flying

As you begin to bid in PBS for December, you will notice that some of the sequences that appear in the bid package are not available for bidding in PBS. Currently, the Company is putting together a plan for projected flying for each month several weeks ahead of the publication of the sequences. The sequences are built based on this projected flying, and with the recent surge in COVID-19 across Europe and South America, many flights have had to be pulled from the December schedule. APFA was not notified in advance of the changes prior to PBS opening. The decision was made by the Company today following the opening of PBS.

Please take a few minutes to review the sequences very carefully when bidding, as well as the APFA Hotline regarding PBS bidding for December. As a reminder, PBS will close on November 15th at 1200 (CST).
