Reserve Rotation Exception for RDU and STL Base Closures

Due to the unique circumstances with RDU and STL transitioning to satellite bases, APFA signed a Letter of Agreement for a one-time exception allowing RDU Flight Attendants who transfer to CLT and STL Flight Attendants who transfer to DFW for the February 2021 bid month to maintain their current Reserve obligation or month established from her/his prior base.

This one-time exception will alleviate staffing issues in the new satellite bases potentially caused by RDU and STL Reserve eligible Flight Attendants all serving Reserve on the same month.

If you would prefer to change your Reserve month, please utilize the Lineholder/Reserve Designator (LRD) tool. The LRD opened today, December 3, 2020, at 1200 (CST), and closes December 7, 2020, at 1200 (CST).
