February 2021 Allocations

• DCA: 14,020 flying hours ( +1697)
• IAD: 784 flying hours ( -725)
• BWI: 1,675 flying hours (-11)
• 16,479 Total Flying Hours (DCA,IAD,BWI) (+ 961 over all)
• 1 ODAN Sequences for the February Bid Month

The reduced hours in IAD have been addressed with the Company. I was told that the hours will increase in the March Bid month.

The undesirable 3+ hour sit times in the hubs of CLT, DFW, and MIA have also been addressed. The Company will be working on the reduction when the network returns to a pre-COVID-19 flight schedule.

Final Notes for the DCA Base:

• High-time 2-day trips
• More commutable 4-day trips
• NIPD layovers (BDA, BZN, CUN GEO ,MEX, PSP, PVR, SJD,UVF)
• No 737 MAX flying
• 4 DCA FA’s will return to active status from one of the extended leaves
