Important Checklists for VEOP Participants

Congratulations to the Flight Attendants who elected the 4/1/2021 Lump Sum Voluntary Early Out Program (VEOP) and those of you who took the 12-Month VEOP last May with a retirement date of 5/1/2021. With time ticking down until your retirement, we know that some of you may be feeling overwhelmed with everything that needs to be completed in such a short time. To assist you, the APFA Retirement Department has prepared checklists of the items that will need to be accomplished before and immediately following your retirement.

• Checklist for Flight Attendants Who Took the 12-Month VEOP Beginning 5/1/2020 With a Retirement Date of 5/1/2021

If you held the 12-Month VEOP beginning 10/1/2020 or 4/1/2021, we will provide your checklists closer to your retirement dates.
