Remembering AA Flight 1420
Twenty-two years ago today, American Airlines Flight 1420 from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport overran the runway upon landing during a severe thunderstorm at Little Rock National Airport. The Captain, along with ten passengers, perished. The four Flight Attendants, the First Officer, and 105 passengers received severe or minor injuries.
Today, we pause to remember those that lost their lives twenty-two years ago today.
