7 Days Remain to Submit Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination

The deadline to submit your proof of full vaccination to American Airlines is August 31, 2021. Every employee that submits their COVID-19 vaccination form will earn one additional vacation day for the 2022-23 vacation cycle, and 5000 Nonstop Thanks points (value = $50).

To be considered fully vaccinated, you need to have the full course of doses for your vaccine — that means one dose of Johnson & Johnson or two doses of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine. If you haven’t been vaccinated yet, you can still get the Johnson & Johnson vaccine by August 31st.

Complete and submit the form in the Comply365 application on your Company tablet or go to aa.comply365.net and navigate to My Forms > COVID-19 Vaccination Verification on your personal computer or mobile device.
