A Message From Your Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee Leaders

We are the newly appointed Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Committee Leaders, and we would like to take a moment to introduce ourselves. Teddy Andrews (CLT) will serve as Chairperson of the committee. Teddy will work alongside three Co-Chairs- Chaddrian Calhoun (PHL), Charlotte Sivels (CLT), and Rhonda Curtright (DFW).

We are thrilled and humbled by the opportunity to serve the APFA membership. We know there will be many questions about the group’s structure and how we will work as a Committee, and we look forward to more communication and conversation.

We are committed to being transparent and thorough by sharing information as it is received. We are working with APFA Leadership to pin down meeting dates to come together and share our thoughts, concerns, and ideas on the essential work in which we will take part. Please be on the lookout for communication from us regarding our next meeting.

We appreciate your patience as we get the ball rolling with this committee, and we appreciate the passion of all who are eager to participate. You have our commitment to support each of you in any way possible. Please never hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or concerns.
