Remembering American Eagle Flight 4184

On October 31, 1994, Simmons Airlines flight 4184, operating as an American Eagle flight from Indianapolis, Indiana to Chicago, Illinois, crashed near Roselawn, Indiana, after ice on the wings led to a loss of control. All 64 passengers and four crewmembers perished.
