Updated December 2021 PBS Bid Award Summary
& Mis-Award Process

You may have noticed a change in how the PBS Summary reported out the minimum line constraints for the December award. Instead of publishing the line number, which reflects base seniority, we asked the Company to use the system seniority number to indicate where the constraint started. Since most of us are more familiar with our system seniority, but may not know our base seniority, we felt this adjustment would help make the summary more relevant. That change was made, but the box on the left-hand side of the chart still referenced “Started at line.” As soon as we noticed this discrepancy, we requested an updated summary that indicates that the report for minimum constraints “Started at System Seniority Number.” Below is the updated summary.

Any Lineholder or Reserve who has an inquiry or believes she/he may have received a mis-award must submit a PBS Award Challenge on Crew Portal > Links > Support Tab, no later than Wednesday, November 24 at 1200 (CST).
