LHR Hotel Survey

Survey Closes: December 29, 2021, at 1200CT

The APFA National Hotel Department will accompany the AA Hotel Contracts Department on the LHR long layover hotel site review and inspection. The LHR layover market and its crew accommodations are being analyzed due to incumbent hotel contract expiration and APFA membership feedback submitted via the Hotel and Transportation Feedback Form.

While the objective of the APFA National Hotel Department is to ensure AA Management upholds Section 6 of the JCBA, it is also imperative that our Membership’s voices are heard regarding layover markets.

Please complete the LHR Hotel Survey and provide the APFA National Hotel Department with your feedback. As APFA modernizes and explores creative and crucial methods of gathering Membership feedback, future layover market and crew accommodation surveys will be sent.
