Flight Service Quarterly Web-Based Training

The first quarter Flight Service web-based training (WBT) program has been loaded into Learning Hub. It is required for all active Flight Attendants to complete the following three FAA-required training modules:

• iPhone Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) – iPhone 12 Basic Use
• iPhone EFB – Components & General Policies
• iPhone EFB – Comply365 – Part 1 – Overview & IFM
• iPhone EFB – Comply365 – Part 2 – My Publications & Forms
• ConnectMe Teams
• Crew Duties: Prior to Takeoff

Please Note: Beginning in mid-February, you will receive access to the iPhone EFB ordering website. One business day after you complete all the above modules, your completion will be sent to the Flight Service Technology team to grant you access to the ordering website. It is recommended that you allow up to three business days from your course completion to receive access to the iPhone EFB ordering website after mid-February. More details will be available the first week of February in a mobileCCI message.

Flight Attendants will receive $25 Training Pay for the completion of the modules. (JCBA Section 29.E.3.)
