Alert: More Glitches in Cloud-Based TTS

As we shared with you in a hotline last night, the Company pushed ahead with migrating TTS to the Cloud starting with the March run with a few known issues. Many of you began reaching out to us immediately, sharing other glitches you were experiencing when inputting your TTS ballots. As a result of your quick and specific reports, we were able to engage the company again late last night to ensure all issues are logged and investigated.

We want to reiterate APFA is not in agreement with the Company going live with the March TTS cloud-based system when there are so many known issues. We have voiced our opposition at the highest levels of the Company and have been meeting with management throughout the weekend and today to address those concerns.

The new glitches you reported to us include the following:

• Satellite sequences populating even when the Satellite criteria is not selected.
• Co-terminal sequences populating even when specific Co-terminals are excluded in the search criteria.
• Connection and accessibility errors when toggling between the February and March ballots.

These glitches are in addition to the ones we cautioned you to be aware of yesterday:

• Searching for turns, ODAN, and Red-Eye sequences.
• Speaker sequences not displaying correctly within a ballot.

Before inputting your TTS ballots, we strongly recommend you review today’smobile CCI communication from the Company describing all known issues.

We encourage you to report to APFA any issues you are having with your TTS ballots by submitting a Scheduling Systems Issues Report Form or by emailing [email protected]. We also recommend you report these issues to the Company using the Support Tab on Crew Portal.
