Daylight Saving Time 2022: It’s Time to Spring Forward

Daylight Saving Time (DST) starts for most of the U.S. on Sunday, March 13, at 2:00 AM.

Exceptions include Arizona (except for the Navajo Nation, which observes DST), Hawaii, and the overseas territories of Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the United States Virgin Islands.

The first Sunday in November is when Daylight Saving Time ends in most areas of the United States. We will “Fall Back” one hour and return to Standard Time on Sunday, November 6, 2022, at 2:00 AM.
