Cutover to Microsoft Teams Phone System at APFA Headquarters

Tomorrow, APFA will retire the Mitel phone system currently used at APFA Headquarters. The system will be replaced by a modern, Microsoft Teams phone system.

The phone system cutover is currently scheduled to take place from 12:30pm- 4:00pm (CT). During that time, there may be temporary service disruptions. In the event the phone system is unavailable, we will communicate this to you via hotline and APFA social media.

Because we want to ensure a communications channel remains open should there be any unforeseen interruptions, Live Messaging for contacting a Contract and Scheduling Representative will be available throughout the day from 9am – 11pm (CT). The Contract and Scheduling desk phone hours will continue to be 7am – 7pm (CT).
