Most of us know what we need to do to be our best. Eating healthy, exercising, staying hydrated, and sleeping well are essential in our daily routines. When it comes to healthy eating, many Flight Attendants pack healthy food to take on trips. Many say that eating better means they ultimately feel better. We want to support this lifestyle habit by looking for ways we can all jump in and give it a go.
Eating fresh produce is linked to positive health outcomes by:
- regulating blood sugar
- improving digestion
- helping with healthy weight balance
- lowering the risk of cancer
- improving cardiovascular function
- and a positive effect on our overall physical and emotional health
