Since its inception, the privilege to access Known Crewmember (KCM) security screening has become integral in our day-to-day duties as flight attendants. We continue to see an uptick in random screenings across the network, potentially impacting our ability to help run a reliable operation. This survey intends to gather accurate data from you to better understand the impact these random screenings have.

As you complete this survey, please consider your own experiences with KCM. To address irregularities in the KCM process, the data received will be transmitted to the TSA.
