PHL Day of Action
This week’s systemwide “Day of Action” saw Flight Attendants from every base, including aviation workers from other carriers, in a show of solidarity in support of our contract negotiations. The message sent systemwide is very clear…
“ENOUGH! WE ARE READY!”
American Airlines Flight Attendants have had ENOUGH of management’s refusal to acknowledge our dedication in spite of their inability to run an efficient operation.
We have had ENOUGH of their disrespect.
ENOUGH of long wait times on hold.
ENOUGH of inadequate wages that do not address the increased cost of living and benefits.
It is going to take more “CONTRACT ACTION” events, determination, and continued solidarity to show management that we will not be deterred.
We don’t want just any contract. We want a fair and equitable agreement acknowledging our sacrifices that allowed AA to continue flying during the pandemic. Our dedication to our customers, especially during AA’s mismanagement of our daily operations and IROPs, remains steadfast. AA continually fails to acknowledge this dedication at the negotiating table.
We remain committed to supporting our negotiators at the bargaining table!
WE are always PHL STRONG and PHL PROUD!
