APFA EAP Professional Standards
APFA Employee Assistance Program (EAP) peer volunteers are trained in Professional Standards and available to you in each base. The APFA EAP Professional Standards operates as a self-help aid among flying partners by providing conflict resolution strategies to those in need. Flight Attendants are encouraged to contact the APFA Employee Assistance Program for confidential support to resolve conflict rather than requesting action from management. The Professional Standards component of APFA EAP exists to assist Flight Attendants in any area that affects professional conduct in the workplace. Please do not write up disputes to management.
It is important to recognize ORD-based Flight Attendant Jillian Bocenda, who has spent many years building relationships and resolving conflicts through APFA Professional Standards. Jillian continues her service to APFA by joining the APFA EAP Peer Representative Committee, and we are grateful for her continued service to our Union.
A trained EAP peer representative is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling the new confidential phone line:
(833) 214-2002
Select your assigned base, and you will be linked to one of your APFA base EAP peer representatives to assist you.
