Announcing the Newly Redesigned APFA.org
Click image above for an introductory video.
The newly redesigned APFA website is now live! The new design incorporates updates and changes designed to make the information you need easily accessible. Flight Attendants desire quick, efficient access to the website to answer questions on the go, so the new website offers a mobile-friendly environment.
You’ll notice a few new tabs on the main page, including ‘On the Job’, ‘Bidding’, and ‘Resources.’ These tabs will allow you quick access to the most important time sensitive questions when you’re out flying, including:
- Bidding tips, including daily, monthly, and vacation bidding.
- Information on contractual, FAR, and double-up buffers.
- Hotel information, including layover hotel information, advisories, and hotel and transportation feedback forms.
- Information on FAR, contractual, double-up and standby legalities.
- “When do I go Illegal?” calculations.
- Reserve resources.
- Rescheduling and pay protection information.
- PBS award files.
- and more!
We’ve prepared a selection of video tutorials to help you navigate through the new website.
Introduction: Website Navigation
This tutorial will help you with the basic website functions and general navigation.
Logging In
Your login information has changed! On your first login to the new website, you will need your employee number and a temporary password. Your temporary password will be emailed to you separately. This tutorial will walk you through logging in for the first time.
If you have any problems logging into the new website or updating your membership information, please don’t hesitate to reach out to [email protected].
Navigating Your Account Information
This tutorial explores the changes to how you interact with your membership account.
Dues Payment
You will now be able to pay your dues using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and via Electronic Check. The ability to view your payroll deductions, view and download statements, and set up reoccurring payments (if necessary) will be available in the coming weeks! This tutorial will walk you through paying your balance in ‘My Account’.
We hope you’ll take some time to explore the new website and offer feedback at apfa.org/feedback.
