New Year, New Contract

The latest Negotiations Update was disappointing, and we expect management to negotiate in good faith. We all share the desire for improvements to our work/life balance and our schedule flexibility. We, the Flight Attendants here at American Airlines, contribute to the success of this airline and should be treated as such!

Operating under a contract that became amendable at the end of 2019 is infuriating, to say the least, especially as contractual violations continue. We are READY for improvements to our compensation and work rules. We ask that you join the Contract ACTION Team to receive updates on future events regarding negotiations and future action items and activities. Together, we can work to bolster our negotiations and TAKE A STAND!

We had an incredible turnout at the DCA November 15th picket and want to continue that momentum going forward. Let’s put American Airlines management on notice… LET’S MAKE SOME NOISE!
