New Year, New Contract

The latest Negotiations Update was yet another blow from American Airlines, Flight Service, and their Labor Relations Team. APFA’s proposals center around flexibility enhancements to improve our work/life balance, and our expectations are that management will bargain in good faith. This airline continues to be successful because of OUR efforts, OUR dedication, and OUR sacrifices during the pandemic and beyond.

According to the Negotiations Update, the Company wants to remove our flexibility, weaken our work rules, and ask for even more sacrifices to our work-life balance.

This should make you angry. This should make you stand up and demand the company bargain in good faith to IMPROVE our compensation, work rules, and flexibility.
