Employee Bus Poll

Safety is always at the top of our minds as your local representatives. In discussions with the local management team, we have reviewed the added congestion at the JFK Terminal 8 employee parking lot bus stop.

Before making any decision, I wanted to poll the base and get a feel for what would best serve us all.

Issue: The growth at JFK, an increase in arriving international flights, sharing our terminal with Cathay & British Airways, and the ongoing construction in the arrivals area- More congestion in the space flight attendants & employees use to get on and off the employee parking lot bus.

Proposed Solution: Move the bus pick-up & drop-off to the departure level, outer roadway, away from the congestion and on the same level as TSA & KCM.

The poll will remain open until Sunday, January 22nd at 2359 (ET).
