2023 Base Representative Elections & Voter FAQs

Flight Attendants based in CLT, DFW, LAX, MIA, ORD and PHL – If you have not already mailed your ballot for the 2023 Base Representative Elections, please do so immediately.

Ballots must be received at the designated Post Office Box no later than Thursday, March 9, 2023, at 10:00am (CT). The good news is ballots are being retrieved from one of the major Fort Worth Post Office centers where the ballots are being directly mailed. This means we do not have to wait on additional sorting or mail carrier delivery times. Do not mail your completed ballot to APFA Headquarters, and do not bring it to the ballot count. The ballots to be counted are those received only at the designated Post Office Box.

Where will the ballot count take place?
The Ballots will be collected from the designated Post Office Box on March 9, 2023, at 1000 CT. The ballot count will commence directly after at APFA Headquarters. Once the National Ballot Committee certifies the election results, a hotline will be sent to the membership.
