The following Notice of Disputes (NODs) have been filed on behalf of the Flight Attendants of MIA.

Clearly we are vehemently opposed to how the company has implemented Connect Me Teams requiring its use which is subjecting our members to the issues we have included. If you have any documented proof of the mentioned issues (screen shots of text etc…) please email them to Heidi and Randy. This NOD will be heard on May 24, 2023, so any supporting documentation must be received prior to May 23, 2023. We do have a line Flight Attendant who will be speaking to it so we are asking for documented proof only.

It became abundantly clear that the company fell far short of doing their due diligence in supporting/instructing FAs with the latest EFB “reinstall” of Comply365. Just by virtue of the sheer numbers (% of FAs who were in compliance with the other two updates but not the reinstall from self service was enormous) it is clear the company’s instruction/lack thereof, was inadequate. As a result this NOD was filed to have these events or resulting discipline removed from employee files.
