Pilots Reach Agreement in Principle (AIP)

As reported in the press, Pilots represented by the Allied Pilots Association (APA) reached an agreement in principle with American Airlines management after long fought negotiations. We congratulate APA on reaching an agreement, subject to finalizing language and Pilot ratification.

Our negotiations team and financial analyst will analyze the contents of the agreement as they become available. With the AA Pilot deal tentatively agreed, the Company needs to focus on agreeing to the industry leading compensation and other key quality of life improvements at issue in our negotiations.

We are ready for a deal and ready to do whatever it takes to get Flight Attendants the contract we deserve.
