On the morning of September 11, 2001, Flight Crew Members aboard Flights 11, 77, 175, and 93 responded courageously to the unfolding events of that tragic day. The Pilots and Flight Attendants aboard those flights were one of the first to respond and provide valuable information to responders on the ground. Their bravery and valor remain an important part of the story told at the 9/11 Memorial Museum. We remember these Flight Crew Members every day especially during National Aviation Day and Week.

Coinciding with National Aviation Week, the 9/11 Memorial Museum invites active and retired Flight Crew Members and their guests to visit the museum for free during regular operating hours from August 14th-20th.

The Memorial is open daily from 8am-8pm and the museum is open Wednesday-Monday from 9am-7pm. Last entry to the museum is at 5:30pm.
