It continues to be a hot #SolidaritySummer, and there is plenty of action across the country as the Labor Movement gains momentum!

We appreciate the Labor support received on our picket lines over the last year, from Union Members to those in our communities who support our fight for contractual improvements. Below are some upcoming Labor events for Flight Attendants to offer support.

CWA/IBT-represented Passenger Service Representatives at American Airlines
Tuesday, August 15, 2023- Picketing Event

Come out and support our Siblings at CWA/IBT!

CLT: 11am to 3pm, CLT International Airport 2636 Little Rock Road, Charlotte, NC, 28314. Picketing will be right off the exit for CLT (HWY 85 exit 32). Turn right as you come off the exit.
DFW: 10am-2pm, Terminal D
IAH: 12pm-4pm, location to be announced.
MIA:10am – 2pm, First Amendment Zone, 2nd Level near door 1.
ORD: 10am-12pm, Upper level between Terminals 2&3.
PHL: 11am-12pm, PHL International Airport- Concourse B bus stop.
PHX: 10a-12pm, NW side of Level Term 4 PHX airport.
STL: 10am-2pm, location to be announced.

Join members from the Association of Professional Flight Attendants (APFA), the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA, and other unions in contract fights with airlines as they battle the same corporate forces faced by striking writers.

2023 NEW YORK CITY LABOR DAY PARADE

Save the date! APFA will be participating in the 2023 NYC Labor Day Parade, stepping off from 44th St. and marching north on Fifth Avenue. Stay tuned for details on meeting location.

Union workers countrywide are battling similar corporate forces in the fight for fair contracts. It’s a Hot Labor Summer, and we look forward to returning the support and solidarity we have received on our picket lines.

APFA will also continue to support our Union Siblings at SEIU/ Airport Workers United. These workers are the backbone of passenger service in many of our airports, including hubs at DFW, JFK, PHL, and PHX.
