9.28.23 – Required Update to Comply365 Effective Wednesday, October 4
Required Update to Comply365
Effective Wednesday, October 4
Thursday, September 28, 2023
This week a mobileCCI message was sent to all Flight Attendants regarding a required update to Comply365 version 8.2 on the EFB, with an effective date of Wednesday, October 4, 2023.
Updating to version 8.2 is accomplished by opening the Self Service app and reinstalling the Comply365 app. Please click this link to review APFA’s “Updating Your EFB” Hotline. Once reinstalled, it is recommended you sync Comply365.
To maintain a compliant EFB, you should be at the current version of iOS, Comply365, and the IFM when you report for a sequence. Remember, it is company policy that Flight Attendants sync Comply365 before the start of each sequence.
As we have previously shared, the Inflight EFB Catalog in Comply365 is the official record. Updates to the EFB requiring Flight Attendant action occur periodically. To verify your EFB is up to date, you may access the Inflight EFB Catalog in Comply365 by scrolling to the bottom to “Resources.” Click on “Inflight EFB Catalog” to view the current required items, versions, and their effective dates.
