Hello PHL,

What a night it has been! Here is what we know so far…

As we communicated yesterday, there was a processing error for the 2024-2025 Primary Vacation Award for PHL. Once we alerted the company about the error, Crew Planning re-ran the award for the base. The updated award was posted last night. We extend a big thank you to the F/A’s that immediately brought their concerns to our attention as soon as bids were out, so we could identify the problem in a timely manner.

You may want to hold off on inputting your secondary bids.

Bidding for the secondary round of vacation bidding is open. However, because of this processing error, the secondary matrix has not yet been updated to reflect the results of the primary award after the re-run.

Additionally, your remaining accrual for the secondary round may not be accurate. The company is working to update the secondary matrix and accruals. This process will take some time. You may want to hold off on inputting your secondary bids until the updates to the matrix and accrual are completed. We are asking if an extension can be made for secondary bidding and will communicate any changes to you as soon as possible. Until that time, secondary bids are currently scheduled to close Tuesday, March 12th, at 1200 (CT).

How Do I View My Award?

You may view your Primary Vacation Award on your HI10 in mobileCCI using this path: mobileCCI > Overview > HI commands > HI10 Vacation and Planned Absences.
