Attention to All LGA-Based Flight Attendants:

The recent week of ongoing operational challenges in the DFW area and other parts of the system has left many of us rightfully feeling that management has little control or understanding of the dynamics of an operation the size of this airline.”

As your local base representatives, we understand the impact this can have on you personally and financially, regardless of seniority or probation status. It is crucial to remember that American Airlines’ local managers are responsible for our well-being while on duty. For us to ensure that you are not at a disadvantage because of the operational issues, we kindly request the following in a simple email:

• Your name
• Your employee numbers
• Your HI3
• Pictures of call wait times
• Documentation of any hotel accommodation issues
• Any loss of time
• Any financial impact directly resulting from arriving back at base late due to IROPs.

WE NEED DOCUMENTATION.

We aim to ensure every Flight attendant in New York receives what is theirs, regardless of if it means filing disputes.
