June 2024: LGBTQIA+ Pride Month
Sunday, June 9, 2024
June is a time to celebrate LGBTQIA+ Pride! This movement began with the historic Stonewall Uprising in 1969, and one year later, the first Pride Parade took place in NYC. Let’s reflect on the positive impact and contributions of the LGBTQIA+ community globally. Our goal is for every member of this community to feel acknowledged, supported, and honored!
To demonstrate our solidarity, APFA will be participating in Pride Marches in DFW, NYC, and CLT, and we can’t wait to see you there!
APFA Flight Attendants marched in The Alan Ross Texas Freedom Parade during Dallas Pride on June 2, 2024.
What Does Pride Mean to You?
