APFA would like to take a moment to recognize Caribbean American Heritage Month. Since 2006, June has been declared a month-long observance of the vast and rich cultures and heritages of the Caribbean people. As we honor the contributions and traditions of Caribbean Americans this month, let us also appreciate the diversity they bring to our profession. With over 700 islands and 13 independent countries, the people, the rhythms, and the cultures are unmatched!
