DCA Flight Attendants,

We want to extend our gratitude to all of you for your contributions and unwavering support in our Union’s fight for a fair contract. We have reached a tentative agreement, although the details, particularly the economic aspects, have not been shared. Next week, your Base Leadership will travel to Dallas for comprehensive meetings with the Negotiating Team and National Officers to get a full update on the agreement.

Contract ACTION Team (CAT) Leads will also be heading to Dallas the following week for their updates. Once we have the information, we will share it through local base briefs, a virtual meeting, and union town halls.

We must present this tentative agreement to the members for their approval. Voting will begin in August and will be open for 30 days.

Today, let’s take a moment to appreciate the achievement of reaching a tentative agreement. Then, we need to walk through each section that has improvements and ratify this tentative agreement with your approval.
