One Time Ratification Bonus (Retro Pay) Letter of Agreement

The One Time Ratification Bonus (Retro Pay) Letter of Agreement has been signed and posted to the APFA website here. Payment to eligible Flight Attendants will be made no later than sixty (60) days of ratification.

Implementation Timeline Finalized

The 2024 Implementation Timeline has been finalized and posted on the APFA website here.

Economic items not implemented at Date of Signing (October 1, 2024) include Boarding Pay (6 months), Sit Rig (6 months), and 401(k) (increased on 1/1/25). During negotiations, your Negotiating Committee was aware that these items would take time to program and implement, and we successfully captured the value of these implementation delays in other economic areas of the Tentative Agreement.

What if the company cannot program Boarding Pay and the new Sit Rig in the allotted timeframe?

If the company cannot meet the agreed-upon implementation timelines for these items, the payroll department will be responsible for paying these manually at the beginning of the seventh month (April 1, 2025).
