Allocations Information:Labor Day marks the end of the peak summer schedule. Flying is pulled down on the schedule change on September fourth. Flying patterns are disrupted over the Labor Day weekend, with Holiday Bank cancellations. Bank cancellations continue throughout the month, with Bank Nine canceling on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. The evening bank cancellation affects late-nigh flights and some ODANs.

Seasonal IPD flying continues to get pulled down as service to specific destinations ends or decreases for September. Amsterdam (AMS) service ends on 22SEP, FCO decreases from two daily round trips to one daily r/t, and HNL decreases from two daily to one daily r/t.

With the pull-down in block hours, line averages have decreased by 2.5% month over. month and 4.3% year over year. Reserve numbers have also decreased, with a 6.0% decrease MoM and 2.3% YoY.

Trip construction was affected due to the reduction in block hours and bank cancellations. The base saw a slight reduction in turns but an increase in two-day trips, which we have requested for some time. We addressed pairings with excessive legs per day and sent over pairings for review and modifications. The base asked for a maximum of eight legs per three-day trip and ten legs per four-day trip.

Voluntary Leaves of Absence are available for September. 175 Flight Attendants were awarded a VLOA. The most junior line holder to be awarded a leave was seniority 16113. No Reserve FA was granted a leave.

DFW received 394,688 block hours, a decrease of 8,589 hours from August. The STL satellite has 4,210 hours, whereas the AUS satellite will have 1,593 hours for September.
