2024 Tentative Agreement Voting Now Open

Voting for the 2024 Tentative Agreement is now open. This agreement is the result of 28,000 Flight Attendants standing united against a management team that was initially unwilling to move beyond the outdated industry standard. Through numerous picketing events, a decisive strike authorization ‘YES’ vote, and keeping our fight at the forefront of the media and the traveling public, Flight Attendants at American secured an industry-leading contract that will add $4.2 billion to our agreement over the next five years.

The agreement includes several economic enhancements, notably the introduction of a boarding pay premium and Sit Rig that will ensure more of our time is compensated.

This was a long battle and the result is a testament to the power of unity and collective action. We thank each and every one of you for your support, and for showing up and making it clear that strikes and the threat of strikes work.

All APFA Members in good standing may participate in the Tentative Agreement vote. Your vote is completely confidential. Neither APFA nor the election vendor will be able to access how you voted.
