8.20.24 – 2024 Tentative Agreement: Have You Voted? Online Voting is Now Open
Tuesday, August 20, 2024
How do I vote?
Visit APFA.org and click the voting link and log in using your APFA credentials. This will direct you to a separate and secure voting site through our vendor, YesElections. Rest assured that your vote is completely secure and confidential. It’s important to note that NOBODY, not even YesElections, will have access to or can see how you cast your 2024 TA vote.
Will any voting information be mailed to my home?
No. Voting is online only. Sign onto APFA.org to cast your vote.
Helpful voting info/tips:
- Know your APFA login credentials. Similar to the Strike Authorization Vote, you will need these credentials to cast your vote. Password reset options have improved and are quick and easy on APFA.org.
- The voting period will close on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at 12:00 PM (CT).
- Once you cast your 2024 TA vote, remember that you will NOT be able to change it. Take time to make the best decision for yourself.
- You will receive a confirmation email after your vote has been cast to your email on file with APFA.
- Per the APFA Constitution, only active members in Good Standing may cast a vote for the 2024 TA. For this reason, you’ll be using your APFA login to access the secure voting site. This login step automatically checks your voting eligibility before directing you to the secure voting site.
- If you click on the voting link and are redirected to a page that notifies you of your ineligibility to vote, it will also provide you with options on how to proceed. Please do not hesitate to contact the TA Call Center with any questions or for assistance.
- You can become a Member in Good Standing to be eligible to vote until the vote closes on September 12. However, we strongly advise against waiting until then.
Please direct all questions to the TA Call Center above.
