APFA Accepting Resumes for the
Contract Implementation Committee (CIC)

APFA is now accepting resumes for the Contract Implementation Committee (CIC). The CIC will be responsible for the complete implementation of the 2024 ratified agreement. The committee will assist with prioritizing the items requiring implementation in a manner consistent with the Letter of Agreement (LOA) and ensure expeditious completion of programming. The CIC will consist of three (3) members from the Union and three (3) members from the Company. The Union members of the CIC will be considered full-time for eighteen (18) months.

Minimum requirements for CIC representatives:

• APFA member in good standing.
• Ability to work in a collaborative setting with Union and company representatives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Familiar with Flight Attendant scheduling systems PBS, TTS, UBL, ETB, and ROTA.
• Working knowledge of the 2014 JCBA and the 2024 ratified agreement.
• Minimum one (1) year Flight Attendant experience.
• Good dependability/attendance record (no higher than 1st level warning).
