Wage increases in the 2024 CBA also bring increased operating costs for APFA. As a result, individual departments at APFA are restructuring some member resources to reflect the increased costs.
Effective October 1st, 2024, there will be a change to the hours of operation for the Contract and Scheduling Department Representatives as follows:
As a result of these changes, you may experience higher call/ live chat wait times. The APFA Contract and Scheduling Desk operates in conjunction with APFA headquarters and is staffed by Flight Attendants who work for their fellow Flight Attendants by answering questions and assisting to resolve scheduling, payroll and contractual issues.
