Compensation (3.A)

Position Premium Pay (3.C)
Holiday/ Incentive Pay (3.K)
- If either the departure time of the flight (based on local station time) or the arrival time of the flight (based on local station time) touches or was scheduled to touch the actual Holiday/ Incentive day, Holiday/ Incentive pay would apply for the entire flight segment flown.
- A FA who has no flying on a Holiday/ Incentive day, but has a report/ no fly or who sits Standby with no assignment on the Holiday/ Incentive day will be eligible for the Holiday/ Incentive pay.
- If a Reserve FA on Standby on the Holiday/ Incentive day is assigned flying departing on the Holiday/ Incentive day, they will receive Holiday/ Incentive day pay for flights flown only.
Pay Discrepancies (3.P)
- Shortages more than two (2) hours but not exceeding five (5) hours of pay shall be deposited within five (5) days following resolution.
- Shortages more than five (5) hours of pay shall be deposited within one (1) day following resolution.
Per Diem (4.A)
Retiree Health Reimbursement Account (RHRA) (26.G.3)
- A retiring Flight Attendant may convert their unused sick hours at half of their hourly wage into an RHRA with 4 months’ notice.
**If retiring prior to February 1, 2025, the 4 months’ notice has been waived**Please note:
If you plan to retire on February 1, 2025, you must submit your RHRA paperwork by October 1, 2024.
If you plan to retire anytime after February 1, 2025, you must submit your RHRA paperwork four (4) months in advance of your retirement date.

Training Pay (29.E)
- CQ, Purser, Service, EQ classroom training is $150 per day. Additionally, CQ WBT is $150 (all other WBT remain the same).
Other Provisions
Effective October 1st, 2024
CLT/PHL Crew Meals Removal (4.C)
- Crew meals will be provided for all crew bases with IPD flying scheduled to exceed 12 hours.
Maternity (7.H)
- The company will provide two (2) maternity uniforms that shall be retained for future pregnancies. To obtain, the FA would complete the Land’s End Maternity Ordering form which will be sent to your Crew Manager for approval. FA should follow up with their Crew Manager to ensure timely processing.
Other Employment While on Leave (25.K.5.a)
- FAs on the following Leaves of Absence will not be required to obtain permission for other employment while on leave (newly added in this contract are in red):
- FMLA
- Personal Leave
- Maternity/Paternity Leave
- VLOA
- Leave in Lieu of Furlough
- Leave in Lieu of Crew Base Displacement
- Educational Leave
- Adoption Leave
- Military Leave
- Union Leave
Bereavement Eligibility (25.L.1.b)
- Expanded “Immediate Family” to include the company policy, which may be found here.
Bereavement Vacation Option (25.L.1.e)
- When granted additional Bereavement Days (which are unpaid), a FA may now use vacation on those days at the applicable vacation rate.
IOD Longevity Retention (27.J)
- IOD Flight Attendants returning ON OR AFTER October 1st, 2024, will not have their Longevity Seniority adjusted for the unpaid IOD from which the Flight Attendant is returning. Longevity seniority (20.D) is vacation and compensation accrual.
Drug and Alcohol Procedures on EFB (33.B.7)
- Flight Attendants may now access their EFB for detailed, base specific drug and alcohol testing procedures.
Removal of Letters in P-File (37.O.4.b)
- Disciplinary letters will remain in a Flight Attendant’s file for up to one (1) active year from issuance. Expired letters are removed upon request unless a second discipline letter has been issued for same/similar prior to the earliest expiration. Reach out to your Crew Manager to request removal(s).
Crew Rest Procedures (38.B)
- If either inbound/outbound segment on an IPD/NIPD is greater than seven (7) hours scheduled flying time, crew rest will apply on both segments.
Crew Rest Seat/Bunks- Procedures for Significant Malfunctions (38.I)
- Insects/Pest (e.g. bed bugs) infestations are now covered as a significant malfunction. The scheduled flying time determines which class and quantity of passenger seats will be provided on a one-for-one basis.
