To All LGA Flight Attendants,

Hurricane Milton strengthened to a Category 5 storm yesterday, and is projected to hit Florida in the coming days. The storm may still change its trajectory, so please take extra precautions if you are a commuter or have a loved one who depends on you for care. Flight attendants in the affected areas and their dependents should prioritize safety. Please consider taking time off and arranging travel plans to ensure that any needs can be addressed immediately.

We recommend contacting your Crew Attendance Manager during business hours to request any time off you may need. Please use your CAM’s direct email for situations like these, not the general email. If that is not possible, please contact Crew Scheduling with as much notice as possible to minimize any impact on the operation and consider reserves who will need to fill the gaps in coverage.

Please ensure your commuter city is listed in DECS if you need to travel.
