2024 Retroactive Pay Percentage Adjustment

With the ratification of the 2024 Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), APFA Flight Attendants will receive a one-time retroactive payout, covering the five years of extended negotiations. This payout is valued at $514 million.

In calculating the retroactive payout, APFA and the company recognized that the negotiated percentages would not fully meet the agreed-upon $514 million amount. To ensure all eligible Flight Attendants receive the full benefit of the negotiated payout, the percentage allocated for 2024 has been increased to 20.96%.

The company posted the pay statement for the One-Time Ratification Bonus today on Pay Portal. You can use the Retro Pay Calculator on the APFA website to find an estimated total payout here.
