The majority of Tentative Agreement improvements will be implemented on October 1, 2024, the first bid period following ratification. Certain items will require programming and have specific dates in the timeline.

All members in good standing (including those on probation) are eligible to vote on the 2024 Tentative Agreement. If you have a balance in arrears, you are considered in bad standing and ineligible to vote.

8.10.24 – PBS Reminders: Bidding as Both a Lineholder and a Reserve

In PBS, there are certain scenarios where you will want to bid 7 layers as a Lineholder and 7 layers as a Reserve. When PBS processing begins, if additional Lineholders are needed, those with Reserve status will be moved to Lineholder status

The APFA Strike Command Center officially concluded its operations yesterday at 5 p.m. (CT). After next week’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee briefing, we will announce the opening of the 2024 Tentative Agreement Call Center.

EULESS, TX– (July 19, 2024) – Today, the Association of Professional Flight Attendants (APFA) and American Airlines reached a tentative contract agreement after a final week of bargaining.
