Coverage Needed (CN) is a term applied to any day in a bid month when not enough Flight Attendants bid in PBS to fly on that day. PBS will award as many Flight Attendants as possible to be off on a particular day.

With the ratification of the 2024 Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), APFA Flight Attendants will receive a one-time retroactive payout, covering the five years of extended negotiations. This payout is valued at $514 million.

Depression is the most common form of mental illness in the United States, with around 22 % of adults suffering from depression as of 2022. Too often, depression is misunderstood as simply “feeling sad”.

In anticipation that Congress will not be able to pass government funding by midnight on Saturday September 30th, the federal government is preparing to shut down. If Congress does not pass government funding by this deadline, hundreds of thousands of government workers will be furloughed.

Every year, from September 15th until October 15th, we celebrate and highlight the contributions and achievements of Spanish-speaking Americans. Hispanic Heritage Week began with sponsored legislation from Mexican-American Representative Edward R. Roybal of Los Angeles.
