This survey is intended only for ORD flight attendants. ORD APFA leadership wants to try and gather as much information as possible regarding what ORD prefers with regareds to ODAN flying.

Recently the company severely reduced the number of ODANs across the system, including Chicago. The company made this decision without consulting APFA or asking for input from flight attendants. This is your opportunity to provide information that will be helpful to ORD APFA for future allocation calls.
