APFA reserves the right to use any photograph/video submitted to APFA or taken by APFA during our in-person events, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. APFA may use the photograph/video in publications, educational, news, or promotional materials, whether in print, electronic, or other forms of media, including on our website. To ensure the privacy of individuals, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject. A person who does not wish to have their image used for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact APFA at
[email protected] and include an identifying photograph for reference. APFA will use the photo for identification purposes only and will hold the request in confidence. By submitting any photographs and videos to APFA or participating in an APFA event or by failing to notify APFA, in writing, of your desire not to have your photograph used by APFA, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify APFA from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
