Reserve
Prorated Golden Days / Flex Days Based on Number of Days Available to Fly
Reserves returning from a leave or other instances where they have a reduced number of days that they are are available to fly will receive the number of flex days / golden days off as indicated in this proration table.
NOTE: In the case of Vacation, if you have 6 or less vacation days, you still get your full 12 reserve days off (see Vacation Effect on Flex Day/ Golden Day table below.

Vacation Effect on Flex Day/Golden Day (FD/GD)
Reserves with vacation will receive the days off as indicated in this proration table in addition to your vacation days (JCBA 10.D.18.c and 10.D.18.d)
NOTE: If you have 6 or less vacation days, you still get your full 12 reserve days off.

Lineholder
Prorated Days off based on Number of Days Available to Fly
Lineholders returning from a leave or other instances where they have a reduced number of days that they are are available to fly will receive the number of days off as indicated in this proration table.
If you are looking to have fewer than those days off, you would need to select 'Waive Minimum days off' in your PBS bid.
NOTE: In the case of vacation, with 6 or fewer vacation days in a bid month, there is no proration and you will still be entitled to your full 11 days off. See Vacation Proration table further down.

Vacation Proration
Your minimum days off during a vacation month as a lineholder will be adjusted according to the proration table below. If you are looking to have fewer than those days off, you would need to select 'Waive Minimum days off' in your PBS bid.
NOTE: With 6 or fewer vacation days in a bid month, there is no proration and you will still be entitled to your full 11 days off.
